Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry-Level HR Recruiter / Compliance Coordinator to join our human resources team. Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels including social media management, Indeed, company website, etc.
- Support internal recruiting efforts by coordinating job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Assist in onboarding processes.
- Support compliance efforts by ensuring adherence to employment & labor law regulations and maintaining accurate employee records.
- Engage in research related to HR best practices, market trends, and competitor analysis to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
- Maintain relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders through effective communication skills and relationship management techniques.
- Track and maintain employee files and hiring documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
- Monitor required licenses, certifications, background checks, and expiration dates.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems.
- Support audits and internal compliance reviews as needed.
Skills
- Strong communication skills for effective interviewing, negotiation, and relationship management.
- Familiarity with HR sourcing techniques including cold calling and social media management.
- Understanding of employment & labor law principles relevant to recruiting and compliance coordination.
- Skills in training & development support as well as succession planning activities are a plus.
- Demonstrated ability in lead generation for recruiting purposes and managing multiple priorities effectively. Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative roles preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Preferred (But Not Required)
- HR or recruiting experience.
- Knowledge of employment compliance or onboarding requirements.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
