Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with ag-industry clients and selling our comprehensive suite of marketing solutions, including advanced digital advertising products, print options, and targeted campaigns. You will manage a territory, meet with clients face-to-face, and help them develop marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with agricultural equipment dealers, service providers, and other industry businesses.
  • Sell integrated marketing solutions with an emphasis on digital advertising products.
  • Conduct in-person client visits, product presentations, and strategy meetings.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend tailored marketing solutions.
  • Manage the sales process from prospecting to close.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide timely reports to management.
  • Represent Fastline Marketing Group at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proven outside sales experience; experience in agricultural or marketing sales a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing solutions and advertising trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
