Position Overview
Notable is the leading healthcare AI platform dedicated to transforming workforce productivity and improving patient care. Our mission is to enhance the lives of patients, staff, and clinicians. As a Marketing Response Representative, you will bridge the gap between inbound lead generation and sales execution by promptly engaging prospects, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings with our Partner Managers to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond swiftly to inbound leads from marketing campaigns, website forms, and other sources.
- Engage with prospects to assess needs, challenges, and alignment with our offerings, qualifying them as Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
- Maintain accurate and detailed records in the CRM system while collaborating with the Head of Communications to refine lead qualification criteria.
- Schedule and confirm meetings between qualified leads and Partner Managers, ensuring a smooth transition with all pertinent information.
- Report key metrics such as lead response time, MQL conversion rates, and scheduled meetings to guide marketing and sales alignment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in business development, lead qualification, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Analytical skills for interpreting lead behavior and campaign performance.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally with marketing and sales teams.
