Location: Remote | Schedule: Flexible - 18-20 hours/week minimum | Compensation: $50/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Perform virtual assessments to determine patients’ appropriateness for at-home VR therapy.
• Design customized therapy and remote monitoring plans using data-backed insights.
• Provide ongoing clinical oversight, progress tracking, and plan adjustments based on analytics.
• Conduct patient follow-ups, re-evaluations, and timely discharges with goal-driven outcomes.
• Document and report progress per medical and facility guidelines.
• Coordinate care with referring providers and create post-treatment recommendations.

Required Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist with a Master’s or Doctorate in PT.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience.
• Multi-state licensure or Compact License with the ability to rapidly obtain new state licenses.
• Skilled in treating various diagnoses across different age groups and functional levels.
• Proficient with digital tools and passionate about tech-enhanced care.
• Ability to manage a higher-volume remote caseload with strong organizational skills.
• Equipped with a private home office, reliable internet, computer, and webcam.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior telehealth or remote patient monitoring experience.
• Experience using data and analytics to drive treatment decisions.
• Familiarity with VR or gamified therapy platforms (training provided).
