Key Responsibilities

• Plan, attend, and execute weekly photoshoots for content creation
• Email Marketing
• Social media content creation
• Social media management
• Managing our Boss Babe Program
• Assisting in collaborations
• Running reports for Top Customers
• VIP customer Appreciation Boxes
• Google & Yelp Reviews
• Brand Management
• Overseeing marketing budget
• Creating and publishing marketing material
• Overseeing marketing campaigns to increase store traffic
• Working with the retail team to implement visual marketing in the store
• Pinterest account management
• Remaining within the marketing budget
• Striving to attain weekly and monthly goals
• Planning team building and marketing events
• Implementing new marketing ideas to boost engagement and sales

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in marketing
• High School Diploma
• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable Transportation
• Over 18 years of age
• Availability to work Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. at our Las Vegas location

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate in marketing, PR, business, or advertising (preferred)
• Detail oriented
• Experience with email marketing
• Experience with Canva
• Proficient with social media
• Excellent time management
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Self-starter
• Excellent writing skills
• Interest in fashion
• Excellent customer service
• Basic math skills
• Ability to multitask
• Positive attitude
