Location:Dallas, TX (Oak Lawn)

Compensation:Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions from day 1 (average first year OTE “total earnings” ~$75k)

• Consult with both clients and candidates to ensure seamless process management and purposeful delivery.

• Bachelor's Degree
• A demonstrated track record of a strong work ethic
• A strong drive to succeed in a sales environment
• A goals and metrics oriented mindset
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
