HR Technology Solutions Specialist

Location: Onsite – Midtown, Manhattan

About the Role

We are seeking an HR Technology Solutions Specialist to join an HR team. This is a direct hire role that will play a critical part in optimizing and advancing the HR technology systems. The ideal candidate is a Workday expert who thrives in dynamic environments, can work independently with limited direction, and enjoys building tools and processes that enhance efficiency and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Workday subject matter expert, supporting and enhancing system functionality.
  • Pull, analyze, and report on HR data to inform decision-making.
  • Design and implement tracking systems, surveys, and HR tools within Workday.
  • Improve and streamline existing processes to increase efficiency across HR operations.
  • Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and explore new solutions.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership to ensure HR systems align with business strategy.

What We’re Looking For

  • 7–10 years of experience in HRIS or HR Technology roles, with deep expertise in Workday.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience building systems, tools, and workflows.
  • Excellent problem-solving ability with a “roll with the punches” attitude.
  • Ability to work with minimal handholding while adapting to changing business needs.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
