Entry Level Field Marketer

Position Overview

Children's Dental FunZone is seeking an experienced and talented Field Marketer to join our thriving team. This full‑time, hourly position requires 75‑95% local travel and a passion for marketing, public relations, and branding in a unique, fun pediatric dental environment. You will work in an office that treats children like family and embraces core values of Integrity, Excellent Customer Service, Accountability, and Teamwork. MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK SOME WEEKENDS.

Key Responsibilities

• Outreach to the local community.
• Share the CDFZ vision by educating potential patients on available services.
• Foster relationships with other medical/dental offices and at community events.
• Visit local schools to conduct dental presentations and screenings.
• Monitor and respond to social media comments and online reviews while maintaining HIPAA standards.
• Track and restock marketing supplies at the branch.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in field marketing, public relations, or branding.
• A genuine passion for working with children.
• Outstanding customer service skills and an upbeat personality.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a clean, professional appearance.
• Excellent public speaking and networking abilities.
• Must have a safe, reliable car and a valid driver's license (Mileage reimbursement provided).
• Possession of an activated cell phone with a data plan (Partial reimbursement provided).
• Must be available to work some weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

• Computer savvy with competent writing ability.
• Experience with social media management while upholding HIPAA standards.
• Bilingual in Spanish.
• A strong desire to learn and grow within the role.

• Compensation: Full‑time hourly + Bonus + Mileage with a pay range of $23.00‑$28.00 (negotiable)
