Entry Level Business Analyst / Product Owner

Position Overview

This is an entry-level opportunity for a Business Analyst role focused on gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements. Candidates without prior experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner will be enrolled in a Training & Internship program to build the necessary skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Participate in a Training & Internship program for skill development
• Write user stories and assist in planning and building roadmaps using Agile methodology
• Prepare functional and detailed system design documents
• Apply SDLC methodology effectively throughout projects
• Communicate effectively across multiple levels including leadership
• Demonstrate leadership, analytical skills, and sound business acumen
• Participate in various phases of testing, including system integration and user acceptance
• Adapt effectively in a dynamic and changing work environment

Required Qualifications

• Entry-level expertise in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and experience writing user stories
• Experience in preparing functional and detailed system design documents
• Understanding of SDLC methodology
• Proven effective communication skills across multiple organizational levels
• Demonstrated leadership, analytical skills, and business acumen
• Experience with system integration and user acceptance testing including use-case creation
• Ability to adjust and work effectively in a dynamic environment
