Position Overview

As a Professional Affiliate Marketing specialist, you will manage the North America Affiliate program by nurturing partner relationships, coordinating marketing placements, and ensuring smooth campaign execution. You will also support budget management and collaborate daily with agencies to meet deliverables.

Location: Reside within commuting distance from our Baltimore office along a hybrid schedule (4 days in-office per week). Sponsorship is not provided for employment-based work authorization at this time.

Compensation: Base salary of $61,605.61-$77,007.02 USD. Most new hires fall within this range with opportunities to earn more over time as part of our competitive Total Rewards package.

No relocation is provided for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize the monthly affiliate plan, tracking partner spend, placements, and aligning budgets with overall performance marketing goals.
• Plan and coordinate campaigns with affiliate partners, including scheduling promotions and setting expectations for campaign alignment.
• Maintain regular communication with affiliate partners, responding to inquiries and providing timely updates.
• Assist in gathering, analyzing, and reporting performance data with actionable insights to improve program results.
• Identify and evaluate new potential affiliate partners to expand program reach and performance.
• Support affiliate program billing by reviewing orders, eliminating canceled or returned items, and ensuring accurate and timely payments.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with typically 2 years of relevant experience OR a Master’s degree without experience OR typically 6 years of relevant experience without a degree.
• Background in Marketing, Advertising, or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience with affiliate marketing and affiliate networks.
