Position Overview

We are seeking a Remote Mortgage Loan Officer to join an innovative mortgage platform designed for Loan Officers who desire the tools, support, and freedom to truly own their business. This is a full‐time, W-2 role offeringCompensation:$100,000–$500,000+ annually (commission only) andBenefits:Medical, Dental, Vision. Key Responsibilities

• Handling inbound leads and originating loans across multiple states where licensed.
• Advising clients on rate options and loan structuring.
• Managing your sales pipeline using streamlined systems.
• Collaborating with in-house processing and support teams for smooth transactions.
• Building your personal brand online with dedicated marketing support.
• Optionally referring new Loan Officers to build a passive income stream.

Required Qualifications

• Active NMLS license with at least 4 closed loans within the last 12 months.
• Licensed and/or based in the U.S. (priority states include AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IN, MD, MI, NC, OH, OK, PA, TX).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in residential mortgage lending.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Driven and professional, with a focus on client success and personal brand growth.
