Required Qualifications

For Java/Full Stack/Software Programmer:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or IT.
• Highly motivated, self-learner, and technically inquisitive.
• Experience in Java programming and a solid understanding of the software development life cycle.
• Exposure to Core Java, JavaScript, C++ (or related programming languages).
• Familiarity with Spring Boot, Microservices, Docker, Jenkins, and REST APIs.
• Practical experience through project work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

For Data Science/Machine Learning Positions:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Project work demonstrating proficiency in relevant technologies.
• Highly motivated, self-learner, and technically inquisitive.
• Knowledge of Statistics, SAS, Python, Computer Vision, and data visualization tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with NLP and Text Mining.
• Familiarity with Tableau, PowerBI, or SAS.
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow.
