Position Overview

Job Title: Commercial Loan Processor
Compensation: $70,000 – $80,000 per year

We specialize in sourcing a wide variety of loans including SBA, USDA, Conventional, Bridge, Non-recourse, CPACE, and more. As we continue to grow, we’re looking to expand our dynamic team with individuals who are passionate about entrepreneurship and financial excellence. In this fully remote role, you will play a key role in packaging, underwriting, and submitting loan applications—especially SBA and conventional loans—working closely with clients, lenders, and internal team members to ensure an efficient and accurate process.

Key Responsibilities

• Package and process commercial loan applications (SBA, conventional, and others) from start to finish
• Review and analyze financial documents (e.g. tax returns, P&Ls, balance sheets) to assess loan eligibility
• Work with clients to collect required documents and information in a timely manner
• Coordinate with lenders to ensure all loan conditions and underwriting requirements are met
• Maintain accurate records and track the progress of multiple applications in various stages
• Stay current on SBA and commercial lending guidelines and industry updates

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in SBA loan packaging, processing, or underwriting
• Deep understanding of SBA loan programs (7(a), 504, etc.) and commercial lending standards
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and loan processing software

Preferred Qualifications

• Loan origination experience: 1 year (Preferred)
