Position Overview

This is a strong opportunity for an experienced patent agent within a robust biotechnology and life sciences practice. You will primarily focus on the preparation and prosecution of US patents while also providing substantial strategic portfolio consulting. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and prosecute US patents while offering strategic portfolio consulting.
• Explore related functional areas such as patent opinions, EPO filings coordination, technology licensing, and due diligence based on your expertise.
• Leverage strong client management skills to serve a growing, high-value, and complex biotechnology patent portfolio.

Required Qualifications

• Strong background in biological sciences.
• Preferred advanced degree in biological sciences.
• At least 3 years of experience in preparing and prosecuting biotechnology patents.
• USPTO Patent Agent License is required.
• Proven client interface and strategic portfolio consulting skills.
