Key Responsibilities

• Accompany providers during patient visits to assist in documenting the provider assessment and exam.
• Gain substantial knowledge on how to document patient history, physical exams, assessments, diagnostic results, procedures, treatment plans, consultant opinions, diagnoses, and medication/prescription information.
• Navigate the facility computer system and electronic medical record.
• Monitor pending labs and radiology orders to help guide patient care.
• Review patient history and test results critical to driving medical decisions.
• Adhere to the medical facility’s compliance requirements and ScribeAmerica’s company policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

• No previous experience needed.
• Commit to ScribeAmerica for up to 6+ months.
• Be flexible enough to work at least 2 shifts per week.
• Ability to type over 40 WPM.
