Role Description

This is a full-time role based in Fort Washington, PA, with work-from-home flexibility and requirement of 1 day per week in HQ for sales meetings. The Regional Business Development Manager will drive net-new opportunities, build relationships with clients and stakeholders, and create strategic growth plans in our newly expanded territory within the New Jersey. Responsibilities include executing business development initiatives, negotiating contracts, conducting market analysis, and achieving sales goals while representing the company’s mission to ensure community safety.

Experience selling in PA/NJ in the Security industry is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Client Relationship Management
  • Strong skills in Market Analysis, Competitor Research, and Strategic Marketing
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot, ZoomInfo) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs (proven closer)
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus
  • Knowledge or experience in the public safety, security, or homeland security sectors is a significant advantage
