Job Description

We are hiring Data Center Warehouse Associates

for a global logistics company in New Albany, OH. These are temp-to-hire positions.

We are seeking a technically sound and computer savvy individual, who is motivated and detail-oriented to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have great computer skills and a strong attention to detail, and will play a crucial role in supporting various operational functions to ensuring that our standards of excellence are met. Kitting Duties

  • Assemble product kits based on detailed specifications and customer requirements.
  • Verify the accuracy of components in each kit to ensure quality and completeness.
  • Maintain organized workstations and inventory locations for kitting supplies.
  • Track and report shortages or discrepancies in inventory.
  • Utilize RF Scanners, Laptops & Warehouse Management System/Software.

RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Duties

  • Receive, inspect, and process returned merchandise according to company policies.
  • Evaluate products for defects, damage, or incorrect items.
  • Accurately document RMA details in the company’s database or ERP system.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as Customer Service or Quality Assurance, to resolve issues.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Great Computer Skills.
  • Experience with RF scanners and handheld devices.
  • Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or returns processing preferred.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, and move throughout shifts.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.

  • A Shift: Monday - Friday (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM)
  • B Shift: Monday - Friday (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM)
  • C Shift: Monday - Thursday (8:00 PM - 6:30 AM)
  • D Shift: Thursday & Friday (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM), Saturday & Sunday (6:00 AM - 6:30 PM)
  • E Shift: Thursday & Friday (10:00 PM - 6:30 AM), Saturday & Sunday (6:00 PM - 6:30 AM)

Job Types:

Full-time, Contract

Pay:

$21.00 - $23.50 per hour
