Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts of locally assigned programs by monitoring procedures and processes that impact customer satisfaction.
- Adjudicate complex customer claims and deliver innovative customer-facing solutions.
- Apply your knowledge of client workers' compensation processes and procedures.
- Utilize advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, and demonstrate excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
- Support quality programs and perform additional duties, including travel as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
- Two (2) years of related experience as an account coordinator/analyst or three (3) years of adjuster experience.
- Strong understanding of client workers' compensation processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, with an advanced level in Excel.
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
