As a Corporate Recruiter (Contract) at Crusoe, you’ll play a key role sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our rapidly growing business functions. This contract role (4-6 months) is fully on-site at our Denver Headquarters (Cherry Creek): 255 Fillmore Street.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with hiring managers as a strategic advisor and business partner
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience
- Develop and maintain strong pipelines through proactive sourcing and outreach
- Conduct candidate interviews, provide timely updates, and lead compensation negotiations
- Create intake forms and collaborate with hiring managers to structure interview processes
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on Legal, Finance, and Accounting roles (plus any ad hoc positions)
- Strong sourcing capabilities, including passive candidate outreach via LinkedIn and other tools
- Experience recruiting in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments
- Skilled in salary and equity negotiation
- Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed hiring goals (e.g., 4+ hires per month)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Data-driven approach with the ability to use recruiting metrics and market trends to guide hiring strategy
- Experience maintaining detailed documentation in an ATS
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed
- Must be able to pass a background check
Compensation
Compensation will be paid in the range of $43 - $52 per hour. Compensation will be determined based on the applicant's knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and market data.
