Position Overview
Our client, a premier recruitment consultancy based in Denver, Colorado, is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join their thriving team. This role operates on a hybrid model (in-office collaboration and remote work flexibility) and will be instrumental in identifying, engaging, and securing top-tier technology talent for a diverse range of clients across various industries. The position demands a deep understanding of the tech landscape, sophisticated sourcing strategies, and exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles including software engineering, data science, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and referrals.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and company culture.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates’ technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a pipeline of qualified technical talent.
- Manage candidate communication, providing timely updates and ensuring a positive recruitment experience.
- Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Stay current with technology trends, market intelligence, and industry best practices in technical recruiting.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools, and track recruitment metrics with regular reporting.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract top tech talent.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in technical recruiting, preferably within a recruitment agency or in-house tech recruiting environment.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring for hard-to-fill technology roles.
- Expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various recruitment platforms.
- Strong understanding of technology stacks, programming languages, and software development methodologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong business acumen and proven ability to build rapport with both hiring managers and candidates.
- Proactive, results-driven approach with a keen eye for detail.
