Position Overview

With a culture powered by passion and purpose, the Senior Marketing Strategy Manager at Arise Energy is a strategic partner responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, driving go‑to‑market initiatives, and collaborating with diverse cross‑functional teams to support revenue and growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Works across multiple divisions as a strategic marketing leader and partner to achieve company growth and EBIT goals while strengthening network communication and support.
  • Provides marketing leadership, guidance, and direction to teams in marketing, graphic design, and product roles, including creating a shared vision and executing strategic plans.
  • Offers marketing expertise for new product development – from branding and positioning to market-fit and go‑to‑market channel decisions – collaborating with sales enablement, training, and communications teams.
  • Develops and executes overarching marketing strategies that align business growth goals with marketing and customer activities, coordinating with branding, legal, regulatory, and communications.
  • Collaborates with campaign managers, product managers, external agencies, vendors, and partners to lead generation across acquisition, upsell, and retention streams.
  • Contributes to the overall marketing team scorecard, tracking metrics and measurement of marketing initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing.
  • 10 years of experience in marketing, marketing management, product management, email and campaign management planning, or communications.
  • Demonstrated business-to-business experience.
  • Proven leadership, credibility, and interpersonal skills with the ability to foster trust and collaborative relationships with sales and leadership.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with superior interpersonal ability, tact, and diplomacy.
  • Ability to lead by example and manage dotted-line direct reports to build a high-performing team with a shared vision.
  • Proven track record in visionary thinking, creative coordination, and execution of complex programs including large‑scale marketing automation.
  • Ability to multi‑task and work effectively under deadline pressure with partners at all levels.
  • Executive presence and extensive experience interacting with senior executives.
  • Exceptional presentation skills with regular presentations before executive leadership.
  • Ability to develop and implement short‑ and long‑term goals.
  • Skill in defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions.

  • Experience in the energy industry.
