Overview

Geotech Media is hiring a driven, organized, and creative Social Media Manager / YouTube Manager / Account Manager to help build, manage, and grow client accounts across YouTube and social media platforms.

This role is not just about managing one company page. You will work directly with client accounts, help shape their online presence, organize content strategy, manage publishing, and keep projects moving from concept to execution. Responsibilities

  • Build, launch, and grow client YouTube channels from the ground up
  • Manage client social media accounts across multiple platforms
  • Develop content strategies based on each client’s brand, goals, and audience
  • Plan posting schedules and maintain organized content calendars
  • Upload and optimize YouTube videos, including titles, descriptions, tags, playlists, and thumbnails
  • Improve channel structure, branding, consistency, and audience growth
  • Write captions, hooks, calls to action, and social post copy
  • Monitor analytics and performance across YouTube and social platforms
  • Recommend strategy improvements based on engagement, reach, retention, and growth
  • Communicate clearly with clients about timelines, deliverables, and campaign progress
  • Serve as the main account manager for assigned clients and projects
  • Coordinate with editors, designers, creators, and internal team members as needed
  • Keep campaigns organized and ensure deadlines are met

Requirements

  • Experience managing and growing YouTube channels
  • Experience managing social media accounts for businesses or clients
  • Strong understanding of YouTube strategy, optimization, and channel organization
  • Strong knowledge of social media marketing and content planning
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts at the same time
  • Strong communication, client management, and follow-through
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
  • Able to work independently and solve problems quickly
  • Strong writing skills for captions, descriptions, and marketing copy
  • Understanding of both short-form and long-form content strategy

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in a media, marketing, or content agency environment
  • Experience with YouTube Studio and social media analytics tools
  • Experience helping brands grow through video and social content
  • Experience coordinating content production and managing deliverables
  • Basic understanding of branding, audience targeting, and digital marketing strategy
