Full-time Globe Call Center Outbound Specialist - Parent

Position Overview

As a Full-Time GCCS Outbound Specialist, you will conduct outbound and inbound calls, record information in our CRM, and provide excellent customer service to policyholders – all from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to welcome new business, verify policy information, and assist with customer inquiries.
• Navigate our CRM to collect first premium payments and activate life insurance policies.
• Contact internet-generated leads to warm up potential customers for the Sales Team.
• Explain policy benefits, complete paperwork, and assist with policy service correspondence.
• Participate in special projects and campaigns, recording customer activities as required.

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years in customer service or a comparable professional customer service environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle payment transactions via Credit Card or Bank Draft
• Strong mathematical aptitude and decision-making skills
• Proficiency with computers and multitasking across multiple platforms
• Customer-friendly attitude and ability to work efficiently under high stress

Preferred Qualifications

• College experience
• Licensed in Life, Accident and Health Insurance
• 1+ years of office or telecommunications experience
• Background in Life and Health insurance operations
