Job Description
Position Overview
This is a Contract to Hire role with COMPENSATION of $150,000 to $180,000 per year. The position is designed to drive measurable revenue and performance gains through data-informed, CRO-optimized user experiences across Launch Potato web properties. Base salary is set according to market rates and comes with a profit-sharing bonus plus competitive benefits that are performance driven.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive measurable revenue and performance gains by creating data-informed, CRO-optimized user experiences.
- Deliver complete, test-ready user experiences from concept and ideation through high-fidelity prototyping and developer hand-off, supported by A/B test results and user insights.
- Independently lead design projects across all phases, including stakeholder alignment, UX strategy, UI development, and post-test iteration.
- Generate UX insights by analyzing behavioral data, key metrics (e.g., conversion rate and revenue per session), heatmaps, and user recordings to validate design direction.
- Identify and improve underperforming experiences through iterative UX/CRO design, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative inputs.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and stakeholders to ensure design solutions align with business objectives and technical constraints.
- Champion and mentor design best practices while driving UX strategy and process improvements within the organization.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of UX/UI experience in performance marketing, lead generation, or conversion rate optimization environments.
- Expertise in data-informed design with a focus on optimizing key metrics such as conversion rate (CVR) and revenue per session.
- Mastery of Figma or similar wireframing/prototyping tools, along with fluency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Hands-on experience collaborating with developers and executing A/B tests to improve conversion rates.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present design rationale to both technical and non-technical audiences.
