Position Overview
Hydrate HQ is seeking a Remote Business to Business Appointment Setter based in the greater Atlanta, GA area. This role is responsible for building relationships with new and existing clients and setting appointments for our Field Sales Representatives. It is a remote position working from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM EST. Compensation: $16-$19/hour plus commissions and bonuses. Candidates with 1+ years of B2B outbound appointment setting experience are encouraged to apply and be ready to start within 10 days.

Key Responsibilities
- Network and build relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Make 150+ outbound phone calls per day to targeted businesses (B2B) to set appointments.
- Set a minimum of 3 sales appointments per day for Field Sales Representatives.
- Effectively use the #1 ZOOMinfo database lists to open doors.
- Complete a brief behavioral assessment as part of our hiring process (Assessment Link).
Required Qualifications
- 1-year previous experience in telemarketing or outbound sales.
- Must reside in the greater Atlanta, GA area.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Deadline and detail-oriented.
- Ability to execute and get results.
