King Teleservices, a Continuum Global Solutions LLC company based in Brooklyn, has been providing call center services for over 25 years. We are hiring Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representatives who will support incoming calls from New York City residents by assisting with work orders, directing calls to appropriate departments, and handling resident inquiries and complaints in a professional manner. Key Responsibilities
- Address incoming inquiries from NYC residents related to city-oriented issues.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and provide courteous service to all customers.
- Create work orders, dispatch tasks to specific departments, respond to routine questions and take/report complaints.
- Provide accurate information in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
- Direct requests to the appropriate department or agency for further action.
- Build upon product knowledge through training and interactions with the support team to enhance daily performance and call handling.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, or an associate degree with at least 1 year of experience.
- Must be able to work onsite at our Brooklyn, NY location.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English with the ability to assist customers in both languages (training will be in English).
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Commitment to professionalism and a positive customer service experience.
- High level of computer proficiency and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work evenings, overnight shifts, and weekends as required.

- Compensation: Bilingual representatives earn $17 per hour during training, and $18–$19 per hour after training (based on shift selection) with additional weekly attendance/performance bonuses.
