We are looking for an enthusiastic Entry-Level Event Assistant / Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team! You will help support the public relations and promotional efforts of a fast-growing event marketing company that delivers tailored, high-impact campaigns for national clients and corporations. Through on-site promotions, innovative marketing strategies, and personalized consumer engagement, we help clients increase brand awareness and build lasting customer relationships.

What You'll Do:

• Represent client brands and maintain a positive public image at retail events and promotional activations
• Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of promotional events and campaigns
• Engage directly with consumers - answering questions, sharing brand information, and building rapport in face-to-face interactions
• Support ongoing public relations initiatives and help strengthen consumer and client relationships
• Help select, organize, and distribute marketing and promotional materials
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth event logistics and successful campaign outcomes
• Gather customer feedback and insights to help refine future strategies
