  • Prioritize safety, speed, and efficiency in handling freight and transferring inventory from one place to the other in the warehouse.
  • A well-organized work area is essential to effective work performance and successful task completion.

  • To excel at problem solving, it's important to create a culture that encourages employees to identify and report issues. Providing training and resources can also assist in developing effective problem solving skills.
  • Upholds a constructive and cordial attitude while carrying out responsibilities independently or within a team atmosphere.

Requirements:

  • Able to bear the weight of merchandise weighing between 35-50 pounds multiple times throughout a workday.
  • Can move and transport items weighing up to 60 pounds occasionally during their work shift.
  • Execute movements including standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching repeatedly during work hours.
  • Demonstrate a positive and courteous demeanor when working independently or in a team atmosphere.
  • Skilled in proficiently applying elementary mathematical concepts like counting, addition, and subtraction.
  • Possessing the ability to accurately interpret and comprehend the information on product labels, tickets, and other documentation.
  • After being trained, individuals can use computer systems and handheld devices with minimal direction and without much trouble.
  • Whether it is verbal or written communication, the effectiveness of your message can impact success in your professional and personal life.
  • Sufficient proficiency in the English language is essential to properly grasp safety protocols, rules, and instructions provided through training and instructional materials.

Additional Requirements:

  • Capable of safely using and being instructed on all powered equipment such as Scissor Lift, Pallet Rider, Sit Down and Standup Forklift, among others, and able to conform to the safety guidelines.
  • Conduct work operations at a height of up to 40 ft on a mezzanine level, as appropriate.
  • Adapt at working in different conditions that may include refrigerated or frozen environments, for a substantial amount of time during the work shift.
