Technical Recruiter, Mid-to-Senior Level (Secret or TS Level Clearance Required)

Position Overview

We are seeking a Technical Recruiter with a minimum of 4 years of focused recruiting experience – including at least 1 year sourcing software developers – to join our team serving the Vienna, VA and Baltimore, MD areas. The role requires you to hold a US government security clearance at the Secret level or higher. This is a mostly remote position, with essential in-person recruiting events held during evenings and weekends in designated areas in MD, VA, and Washington, D.C.

Key Responsibilities

• Join a small, dedicated team of recruiters and sourcing specialists to rapidly expand our reach on multiple government contracts.
• Use our Applicant Tracking System daily to process applications, update candidate information, maintain job postings, and run custom reports.
• Cold-call prospects by searching through recruiting dashboards, college resume databases, and other candidate sources via phone, email, or in-mail messaging.
• Guide candidates through the entire hiring process with consistent follow-up through phone and email.
• Complete government candidate waivers, update excel sheets and SharePoint sites, assist with company social media and communications, and submit candidates to DoD customers.

Required Qualifications

• US citizen holding a US government security clearance at the Secret level or higher.
• Minimum 4 years of recruiter experience with at least one year spent sourcing software developers.
• Highly detail oriented, proactive, and an extrovert who enjoys engaging with candidates over the phone and in person.
• Must have reliable transportation, own internet service, and be able to work independently as well as within a small team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and advanced sourcing tools.
• Experience with candidate submission processes and completing government candidate waivers.
• Strong understanding of the US government security clearance process.

Compensation

The hourly rate ranges from $36.06 to $48.08. The final salary is determined by your skills, expertise, experience, the work location, the required clearance, and the contract associated with the role.
