SEO Content Senior Associate

Position Overview

PHM is the leading health media agency in the US dedicated to delivering best-in-class solutions that connect people with meaningful health and wellness opportunities. The SEO Content Senior Associate is the key support resource for the SEO Content team, responsible for tactical outputs such as keyword research, metadata development, quality assurance, manuscript optimization, and results analysis. This role is essential in applying basic organic search principles to support both short‐ and long‐term strategies for clients’ online media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Knows how the agency works and how jobs flow through the organization.
• Understands basic mathematical concepts and possesses basic computer skills (including Excel).
• Has an understanding of digital marketing and basic SEO concepts.
• Demonstrates solid writing skills.
• Coordinates with the manager to understand clients’ SEO goals and deliverables.
• Provides progress reports to managers as needed.
• Executes SEO-related tasks as directed by managers.
• Conducts keyword research and assists with SEO recommendations.
• Assists in reporting analysis and supports the established strategy for department and brand teams.
• Learns what drives strategic decisions and supports the manager as needed.
• Maintains detailed, professional, and timely communications with the internal team.
• Clearly communicates both orally and in writing and actively listens during meetings.

Required Qualifications

• Adherence to agency procedures (on-time and accurate timesheets, GDPs, 360 feedback).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant computer skills.
• Ability to multi-task, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to take initial direction and transition to an independent work style.
• Past writing experience, preferably in a related field.
