As a Customer Success Manager - US, you will be the face of Insider to our clients, bridging their needs with our technology and ensuring they extract maximum value from our platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the face of Insider to our clients, acting as the bridge between their needs and our technology.
  • Help clients understand their needs and match them with the right features and products.
  • Ensure clients are fully utilizing our technology to receive our world-class service by monitoring and facilitating adoption.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product specialists to provide comprehensive tech support when required.
  • Develop and maintain key account plans that identify opportunities for boosting client value.
  • Provide proactive feedback on market trends and client needs to enhance product impact.
  • Establish trusted adviser relationships to ensure overall client satisfaction and success.
  • Plan strategies to help clients meet objectives, prioritizing and resolving escalated issues.
  • Contribute new product ideas and support product roadmap development alongside our design and product teams.

Required Qualifications

  • A university degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience in digital marketing or a customer-oriented role.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with clients at the executive level.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with energetic phone and listening abilities.
  • Self-motivated, tech-savvy, and always in search of innovative solutions to improve client engagement.
  • A commitment to the core ethos of care – ensuring clients feel supported and valued.
  • Superior project and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Passion for testing, measuring, and improving outreach and follow-up effectiveness.
  • Ability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with a solid understanding of basic web concepts and digital marketing.
