Roles and Duties:

• Adhere to all safety policies and protocols to establish a safe work environment.
• Engage in safety training programs to enhance your performance capabilities in a swiftly moving warehouse environment.
• Handle the packaging, transportation, and distribution of goods for consumers and stores.
• Ensure the meticulous management of products for retail fulfillment and customer drop-offs.
• Ensure the smooth transportation of goods and effective inventory handling throughout the warehouse.
• Make sure your workspace is clutter-free, organized, and clean at all times.
• Timely attendance at work is crucial, along with accurately completing tasks as scheduled.
• Work on addressing issues to foster continuous operational improvements.
• Express a proactive and polite attitude when carrying out responsibilities independently or as a team member.

Requirements:

• Able to frequently lift and carry merchandise weighing 35-50 lbs.
• Able to occasionally lift and carry items up to 60 lbs.
• Proficiency in maintaining an upright position, navigating, applying force, dragging, crouching, flexing, and extending during working hours.
• Sustain a positive and professional approach whether in a team or independent work setting.
• Core math competencies that entail counting, addition, and subtraction.
• Competency in accurately comprehending and interpreting information found on labels, tickets, and other product-related documents.
• Demonstrate proficiency in operating computer systems or handheld devices with minimal supervision following appropriate training.
• Proficient in expressing thoughts verbally and in writing.
• Ability to understand, converse in, and interpret English to follow safety guidelines, policies, and instructions effectively.

Additional Requirements:

• Proficient in following instructions and utilizing powered machinery safely (e.g., Pallet Rider, Scissor Lift, Sit-Down & Stand-Up Forklift).
• Experienced in working safely at heights of up to 40 feet whenever necessary.
• Experienced in operating effectively in temperature-managed environments, such as refrigerators and freezers, over long periods.
