Sales and Customer Service Representative

Position Overview

We are a growing company seeking motivated and outgoing Sales and Customer Service Representatives to join our team. This is a full-time, in-person position located in Philadelphia, PA 19119. Candidates must be able to commute locally, and if you are not already in the area, relocation before starting work is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in person, over the phone, and via email to provide excellent service.
• Promote and sell company products/services to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, promotions, and pricing.
• Accurately process orders and update customer records in the system.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve overall business goals.

Required Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred (training provided).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Reliable transportation for commuting within Philadelphia, PA 19119.

• Relocation: Willingness to relocate to Philadelphia, PA 19119 before starting work.
