Account Manager; Digital Marketing Advertising

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Client engagement – build and maintain relationships with mid-senior and junior level contacts, ensuring senior level client familiarity
• Manage relationships with account management leadership by providing updates on client relationship health, project status, and hourly burn rate
• Lead cross-functional teams in meetings and presentations, and take charge of next steps
• Provide strategic thought leadership by offering input to internal strategists and guiding teams
• Oversee projects by managing high and medium-touch assignments and ensuring quality deliverables
• Offer creative guidance and assessment to ensure strong direction in campaigns
• Provide media guidance and assessment to maintain high quality standards
• Manage digital experience assessments by holding teams accountable for timely and actionable reporting
• Collaborate with producers to drive project progress and secure client alignment for efficiency
• Demonstrate financial awareness by approving billing, monitoring hours, and managing project efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years agency account management experience
• Experience in marketing and advertising strategy
• Experience managing government or public sector clients with an understanding of the unique nuances of collaboration and compliance
