Position Overview

At Runna, we're building the #1 training platform for Runners to help everyday runners excel. We provide top‐notch training, coaching, and community support — whether you're sharpening your 5K or preparing for your first marathon. As we scale rapidly following our recent funding and industry recognition, we're looking for creative individuals to make a foundational impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Motion Graphic Design: Create engaging motion graphics with a focus on text animation for social media.
• Static Design: Design eye-catching static graphics for social media content, event promotions, and more.
• Event Graphics Support: Develop graphics for branding initiatives, merchandise, and event materials (e.g., vans, billboards).

Required Qualifications

• Strong Graphic Design Skills: Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools (bonus for Figma experience).
• Motion Graphics Expertise: Skilled with After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or related software.
• Social Media Savvy: Demonstrated passion for social media trends and visual storytelling.
• Proven Experience: 1.5+ years in a graphic design/motion graphics role or a bachelor’s degree in graphic design (bonus if you have both).
• Portfolio Requirement: A strong portfolio evidencing the ability to follow brand and campaign guidelines.
• Creative & Strategic Mindset: Innovative thinker with excellent verbal and written presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with social media content creation, motion graphics, or video editing.
• Up-to-date knowledge of digital aesthetics and industry trends.

• Compensation: Salary of $64,000-$70,000 (depending on experience) + equity in the form of Runna stock options.
