Recruiter - Entry Level | Full Time | Dallas, Texas. You will work closely with clients to find the right candidates and drive positive hiring outcomes. Key Responsibilities
- Target new candidates and clients using Motion's market research and sourcing programs.
- Open new client accounts using proven sales best practices and the strong foundation of Motion's brand.
- Build trustworthy and valuable relationships with customers by leveraging collective market insights and local team expertise.
- Facilitate positive process outcomes from sourcing to hiring using Motion's extensive library of placement guides.
- Connect with the tech community through the proprietary "Tech in Motion" meetup series and other networking channels.
- Participate in an immersive training program with access to over 150 courses on recruitment best practices.
- Earn a starting base salary with a clear and achievable path to commissions and unlimited income potential in year two.
Required Qualifications
- Formal recruiting experience is preferred but not required; relevant professional business experience will also be considered.
- Proven ability to work successfully in a team, lead and influence others, solve problems, and build lasting relationships.
- Excellent communication skills with a highly ambitious, hard-working, and goal-driven mindset.
- Comfortable with developing leads, pitching opportunities, acquiring new client relationships, and thriving in a metrics-oriented environment.
- A 4-year college degree or an honorable discharge from the military is preferred for this role.
