Production Technician - M-F 6:30am - 3:00pm

The Production Technician role, located on-site in Indianapolis, IN and reporting to the Rotors Assembly/Machining Supervisor, is responsible for ensuring the correct build of rotor assemblies.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow standard work instructions to safely build rotor assembly parts within quality specifications.
• Collaborate within a team to complete daily tasks, maintain 5S, and communicate issues to the Supervisor.
• Use various tools, gauges, and measuring devices effectively.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of detailed assembly work.
• 2+ years of experience using a BOM.
• 2+ years of experience using hand tools and gauges.
• Ability to lift, move, or carry up to 30 lb.
• Ability to stand and work on feet throughout the day.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Manufacturing Assembly.
• Familiarity with precision tools and calibration machinery.
• Ability to work autonomously.
