As the Program Manager - Email Operations, you will transform high‑volume email campaigns into a strategic growth engine by driving process improvements, implementing governance frameworks, and harnessing automation. You’ll join a nimble team dedicated to operational excellence and empowered to set aggressive, innovative goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage program management expertise to design and implement scalable operational processes across complex, multi-stakeholder email campaigns.
- Drive the adoption of governance frameworks, self‑service tools, and AI‑driven process automation to reduce bottlenecks and improve campaign turnaround times.
- Utilize strong analytical skills to implement automated reporting systems (using tools like Tableau and API integrations) for actionable campaign insights.
- Manage email calendars, audience segmentation, and stakeholder intake processes across Integrated, Field, Product, and Customer Marketing as well as Sales teams.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to align email marketing initiatives with broader business goals and marketing strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of program management experience managing complex, multi‑stakeholder initiatives.
- Strong project management skills with proven expertise in process optimization and governance framework implementation.
- Hands‑on experience with marketing operations tools (preferably Asana, with exposure to Tableau, Marketo or similar platforms) and a data‑driven mindset.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple requests.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Operations, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with email marketing fundamentals, deliverability concepts, and segmentation strategies.
- AI proficiency and a forward‑thinking approach to identifying automation opportunities.
- Certifications or advanced training in marketing technology or operations.
