We are seeking an entry-level Ticketing & Digital Media Assistant to support the day-to-day activities of both our Ticketing Insights and Digital Media departments. In this role, you will assist with sales reporting, analysis, and programming recommendations for dynamic pricing and inventory management, while also collaborating on campaign management across display, paid search, and paid social media. By bridging ticketing and digital data, you will help recommend and implement comprehensive media strategies to drive meaningful connections.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze ticketing and sales data, along with industry trends, to assist in making strategic pricing and media recommendations.
  • Create, manage, and distribute regular reporting by compiling data from multiple sources (primarily using Excel) for client presentations.
  • Support ticket programming efforts across all aspects of inventory management including dynamic pricing, special promotions, and group sales.
  • Identify trends within digital media and website reporting that align with ticket sales performance.
  • Set up and manage Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics accounts by placing pixels, creating views, annotating events, and ensuring accurate tracking.
  • Analyze and report on campaign results via Google Analytics and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Campaign Manager; develop Google Data Studio templates and reports for clients.
  • Create media insertion orders and traffic banners for various website vendors.

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with flexibility to accommodate shifting priorities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a quick-learning mindset.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in advertising, marketing, or a relevant field is a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and strong numerical skills.
  • Experience with reporting tools or ticketing software is an advantage.
  • Proactive personality with the ability to identify and troubleshoot problems.
