            <li style="margin: 8px 0;">Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel</li>
            <li style="margin: 8px 0;">Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high volume of customer inquiries</li>
            <li style="margin: 8px 0;">Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills</li>
