Position Overview

Discover Financial Services is looking for an Inbound Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, handling inquiries, and helping to resolve any customer service issues.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high volume of customer inquiries
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
