Position Overview
Join our team of customer care heroes at Cascade Training Center! We’re on a mission to save lives through world‑class training, and as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) you will be the first smiling face greeting students and visitors. In this in‑person role, you’ll answer phone calls, welcome students, assist with administrative tasks, and provide essential information about our training services and products. You will help educate prospective students about our course offerings while exemplifying our core values of valuing people, building strong relationships, offering excellent solutions, leading by example, and exceeding expectations. Compensation: $25‑$27 DOE hourly (non‑exempt) with bonus potential of $150/month based on hitting revenue budgets. This is a full‑time position (40 hours per week, Monday through Friday 8:00 am–4:30 pm with some schedule flexibility). Location: Cascade Training Center, Portland, OR. (Please note: Applicants must be able to commute or relocate as required.)
Key Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and warmly greet students and visitors.
- Assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth classroom operations.
- Provide accurate information about our training services and course offerings.
- Educate prospective students on how our offerings can best meet their individual needs.
- Represent and uphold the core values of Cascade Training Center at all times.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and/or GED.
- Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check.
- Prior customer service experience is a plus.
