Key Responsibilities

  • Recruiter: Build a foundation for a successful sales career by learning staffing processes, reviewing resumes, conducting phone interviews, preparing candidates for meetings with hiring managers, and negotiating job offers.
  • Account Manager: Serve as the face of the organization by networking, making cold calls, establishing long-term relationships with hiring managers, and collaborating with the recruiting team to match candidates to opportunities.
  • Professional Recruiter: Identify top talent and pair candidates with the perfect job while providing continuous support to ensure a world-class experience throughout their careers.

Benefits & Perks

  • Competitive Base Salary: $35,600–$62,000 annually, dependent on office location, plus an additional $5,000 in LTIPs.
  • Upon promotion, enjoy a base salary increase, monthly car and cell allowance, and uncapped commission paid weekly.
  • Potential earnings include Year 2: $73,000–$88,000; Year 3: $121,000–$145,000; and Year 4: $135,000–$194,000.
  • Annual sales contests offering exciting rewards such as an all-expenses paid trip to the Bahamas, LTIPs, and cash bonuses starting at $7,500–$10,000.
