Job Description
Position Overview
The Training Department plays a crucial role in connecting our customers to our software. In this role you will support customers during their conversion to the Reynolds and Reynolds system by providing customized training and follow‐up support. Note: This is a HIGH travel position that requires you to travel approximately 80% of the time with overnight hotel stays (up to 5 nights per week). When not on site, you will work from your home office with company-provided cell phone and laptop computer.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel to customer sites, both individually and with a team, to install and convert software systems.
- Meet with dealership management to understand needs, customize systems, and train key personnel.
- Deliver on-site training and provide customer support throughout the conversion process.
- Conduct follow-up support and prepare for future assignments from your home office.
Required Qualifications
- Must be willing to travel, with overnight hotel stays, up to 5 nights per week.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Outgoing, friendly personality with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with minimal violations.
- Reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing.
