Position Overview

Join TELUS Digital as an Associate Digital Marketing Manager and help drive digital marketing campaigns through data-driven decisions. In this role, you will support complex business/technical integrations across the MarTech landscape and enable clients to achieve their marketing goals. Key Responsibilities

  • Support complex strategy and execution projects across various client apps and tools in the MarTech landscape (e.g., Braze, Adobe Experience Platform, Marketo, Segment, mParticle, Branch, Appsflyer, Amplitude, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Punchh).
  • Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship through documentation and training.
  • Collaborate on discovery engagements to understand clients' business goals and determine their optimal marketing tech stacks and tactics.
  • Drive client success through participation in marketing service engagements, including push and email campaigns, outcomes-based analytics, and data reporting to demonstrate ROI.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams on creative asset and content development.
  • Resolve a wide range of customer inquiries from basic education to technical operations.
  • Develop and launch multi-channel marketing strategies to improve engagement, conversion, and retention metrics.
  • Collaborate with technology vendors to develop customized marketing solutions for clients.
  • Analyze integrated marketing performance by audience segment and adjust strategies to optimize customer experience, personalization, and relevance.

Required Qualifications

  • 1-2+ years of professional experience in a client-facing marketing strategy role.
  • Proficiency in deploying campaigns in Braze and other customer engagement platforms.
  • Experience in developing and supporting multi-phase projects with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience collaborating on diverse, cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in HTML/CSS for emails, landing pages, content cards, and in-app messages.
  • Proven track record in planning and deploying integrated digital marketing campaigns to drive acquisition, increase retention, or enhance customer lifetime value.
  • Extensive knowledge of data-driven marketing practices including audience segmentation, personalization, retargeting, and exclusions.
  • Ability to present complex ideas in a compelling manner to clients and team members.
  • Empathy towards client needs and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Compensation: $70,000 - $94,000 USD
