 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">Responsible for maintaining service standards for Store "in stock" items.</li>
 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">Provide weekly update of highlights to Kroger; giving metrics and commentary on all issues related to product and service delivery.</li>
 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">Provide detailed analysis for forecasting.</li>
 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">Act as liaison between Kroger replenishment team and customer service area to identify and resolve issues.</li>
 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">Analyze store trends and develop systems to accommodate service standards based on needs.</li>
 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">Maintain a vigorous attention to detail and initial work accuracy, as this role is data driven and demands accuracy.</li>
