Job Description
Position Overview
The Replenishment Manager will be solely responsible for maintaining a sound business relationship between CPG Client and Kroger corporate replenishment area by maintaining ongoing communication and appropriate replenishment standards for all Kroger Distribution Centers across the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintaining service standards for Store "in stock" items.
- Provide weekly update of highlights to Kroger; giving metrics and commentary on all issues related to product and service delivery.
- Provide detailed analysis for forecasting.
- Act as liaison between Kroger replenishment team and customer service area to identify and resolve issues.
- Analyze store trends and develop systems to accommodate service standards based on needs.
- Maintain a vigorous attention to detail and initial work accuracy, as this role is data driven and demands accuracy.
