Job Description

Position Overview

As a TurboTax Product Expert working from home, you will serve as a Customer Service Representative helping customers with their TurboTax products and tax return software. You’ll answer questions related to downloading, logging in, basic navigation, importing documents, printing, filing, and other basic tax queries. Enjoy a flexible work-from-home schedule between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST, Monday through Sunday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist TurboTax customers by answering questions related to product use and basic tax information.
  • Help with downloading, logging in, getting started, importing documents, printing, and filing.
  • Follow a defined certification process, including a fast 24-hour Certification option and a 3-day standard certification.
  • Leverage continuous support from an assigned Subject Matter Expert (SME) and a Marketplace Performance Specialist.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Compensation: Get paid $18.50 per hour.
  • Certification Bonus: Earn a $405 bonus for certification participation.
  • Turbo Bonus Boost: Earn an additional $5 per hour from April 9–15 (minimum 8 hours on April 13th, 14th, and 15th required).
  • Build your own schedule with flexible hours and a minimum commitment of 25 hours per week.
