REMOTE Travelling Outside Sales Representative

Position Overview

Elysian Construction, a family owned Minnesota business since 2004, is looking for eager Outside Sales Representatives to join our growing team. We specialize in roof repair and exterior construction needs while deliveringexceptional workmanship, premium materials, professional integrity, andexceptional serviceto property owners. This full-time, remote position offers a competitive annual salary of $20,000.00 - $30,000.00 plus aCompensation Package:Commission pay, Signing bonus, Uncapped commission. For the month of April 2025, we are offering 2 separate sign on bonuses based on quota met within the first 120 days!

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and document roof inspections with photographs
• Review and sign contracts with homeowners
• Handle data entry and self-sourced lead generation
• Attend weekly meetings and take coaching from the Area Sales Manager and Inside Sales Leads
• Communicate effectively and perform roof adjustments when assigned by the Legal Department
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Internal Team
• Travel to other markets (MN, CO, FL, IL, KY, MI, NE) with the ability to return home for up to two weeks between travels

Required Qualifications

• MUST HAVE prior sales experience/canvassing or D2D experience in industries such as roofing, siding, windows, political canvassing, construction/restoration, solar/energy, realty, internet sales, or pest control
• MUST HAVE previous experience in roofing or restoration sales
• Must have a valid driver's license and valid vehicle insurance
• Willingness to undergo a background check

Additionally, upon hire, candidates are required to complete all trainings (including 2 to 4 weeks of company onboarding and on-the-job sales training), present themselves for drug testing, and execute 2 homeowner MCA agreements within the first 6 weeks under regional supervision.
