Job Summary:
The Human Resource Representative will assist the Human Resource Manager with complex and specialized administrative tasks including reviewing job applications from prospective employees, managing, and overseeing records, and generating reports.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Manage the employee onboarding process, ensuring new hires receive necessary orientation and training.
- Conduct employee orientation and training sessions, as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our HRIS system.
- Provide support for the management of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
- Assist with the administration of company policies, including employee handbooks, employee conduct policies, and performance management.
- Coordinate with department managers to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Utilize ADP and Windigo-Net to manage employee time and payroll.
- Manage the talent acquisition process, including posting job openings and tracking candidate applications.
- Provide general HR support to employees and management, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Participate in the development and implementation of employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Support the organization's compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations.
- Utilize data entry skills to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Fluent in Spanish.

Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent: required; Associate degree preferred.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a recruitment or employee relations capacity.
Certification: SHRM-CP a plus.

$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
