This role is central to developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that drives brand awareness, engagement, customer acquisition, and ultimately, sales. You will be responsible for managing all social media channels, creating compelling content, fostering community interaction, and analyzing campaign performance to optimize future efforts. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic social media marketing plan aligned with business objectives and brand voice.
  • Manage and grow the company's presence across key social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn).
  • Create engaging, high-quality written, visual, and video content tailored for each platform.
  • Develop and manage social media content calendars, ensuring consistent and timely posting.
  • Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Engage with the online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive relationships.
  • Develop and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to reach target audiences and achieve specific goals.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights for optimization.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive brand message.
  • Stay abreast of the latest social media tools, trends, and best practices.
  • Manage influencer marketing campaigns and partnerships.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media marketing with a proven track record of managing and growing brand presence.
  • Demonstrable experience with content creation (writing, basic graphic design/video editing) and paid social advertising.
  • Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, platform-specific insights).
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and analytical skills.
  • A genuine passion for e-commerce and sustainable products.
