Position Overview

As part of a culture of opportunity and growth, the Regional Marketing Field Coordinator serves as the on‐the‐ground marketing partner at the divisional level, supporting local community execution, New Home Consultants (NHC), and division/regional marketing initiatives to ensure smooth, timely, and brand‐aligned implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary marketing resource for Sales leaders and NHCs in the field.
  • Fulfill NHC requests for flyers and collateral to support sales activity in partnership with regional teams.
  • Support Quick Move-In (QMI) homes with accurate signage, manage MLS listings, and oversee community photography.
  • Oversee exterior/interior color selection updates.
  • Coordinate, track, and maintain signage inventory across assigned divisions.
  • Partner with approved signage vendors for installs, removals, and updates.
  • Manage and organize the marketing closet with current branded materials.
  • Plan and execute on-site logistics for local marketing events including grand openings, broker events, sales promotions, and open house weekends.
  • Support national and regional campaign rollouts at the local community level.
  • Oversee community launch execution, including WHC office set-up, Self-Guided Tour (SGT) install/removal, and basic office systems.
  • Assist regional content teams with photography requests for homes, models, local areas, testimonials, and lifestyle imagery.
  • Act as a liaison between sales, operations, and the regional marketing team to ensure flawless execution.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science or Arts degree or equivalent preferred; High school diploma or GED required.
  • 0 - 2 years of relevant experience required.
  • Proven work experience as a Marketing Coordinator.
  • Proficient computer skills with solid competency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective partnerships with internal and sales teams.
  • Resourceful and solution oriented; comfortable with digital tools and platforms (e.g., MLS, Canva, Airtable).
  • Physical & Office/Site Presence: Primarily a sedentary office position requiring operation of computer equipment, speaking, hearing, bending, stooping, reaching, and carrying up to 25 lbs, with necessary finger dexterity.
  • Travel: Weekly community-level travel within the assigned division/market.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in home building, real estate, or consumer-facing industries is a plus.
